By creating an account or using TrustRevenueAI™, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description

TrustRevenueAI™ is a word-of-mouth marketing platform enabling businesses to run campaigns and Whisperers™ to earn commissions through trust-based referrals.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Whisperers™ Eligibility

WhisperScore™ ≥ 80, satisfaction ≥ 75%, active ≥ 30 days. Enforced automatically server-side.

5. Payments

AI credits are one-time purchases and do not expire. Payouts processed within 24–72 hours subject to 14-day reversal window.

6. Prohibited Conduct

No spam, harassment, IP violations, fraud, or security circumvention.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform software and trademarks are owned by TrustRevenueAI™.

8. Privacy

Governed by our Privacy Policy incorporated by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

Platform provided as-is. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

Applicable jurisdiction law governs. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
